The outline.

NewDay is a major consumer credit financial services company with 5.4 million customers in the UK. The focus for NewDay is to provide customers with a responsible credit facility aligned to their needs.

We created email marketing and direct marketing campaigns that would successfully connect its customers – and potential customers – to its brands.

The challenge.

NewDay has its own credit card brands: Aqua, Marbles, Opus and Fluid, which are targeted to help customers build or improve their credit history.

They also have co-brands which are retail credit cards provided to a variety of retail brands such as Laura Ashley, Debenhams and Amazon to name a few. We needed to create compelling messaging across the NewDay family of brands and partners.

The solution.

LEAP managed the design and build process for the email marketing campaigns and worked closely with the NewDay CRM team to ensure smooth delivery.

The clarity and effectiveness of the messages were matched with technical competence, enabling email designs to transition responsively across multiple devices and email clients.
