Making an essential job board for the cyber security community

The outline.

SATOS Media builds meaningful connections between organisations and professionals in specialist communities. With, it provides the only dedicated job board for the cyber security community.

We refreshed their brand and website and ran a campaign to help attract users and drive interest in their key EXPO events.

The challenge.

SATOS’ goal to be recognised as cyber security recruitment leaders, with a go-to site for both clients and candidates, required an insight-based brand refresh and brand awareness campaign.

Our challenge was to establish as the sector destination for recruitment, with a brand awareness campaign that also raised the profile of SATOS’ cyber security EXPO events.

The solution.

With discovery workshops we established clear business goals and an understanding of the motivations of our target audience. We used persona profiling to help build a new brand strategy and inform our social campaign to bring people to the site.

Our new site look and feel introduced design coherence across colour palette, fonts and imagery. It provides an engaging experience for users, clear journeys through job searches and the EXPO offer and a tighter, cleaner and more efficient brand identity.

The results.

User tracking showed a clear performance bump with our new look landing page, with significant click through for role searches, sign ups for job alerts and newsletters, as well as CV uploads and interest in upcoming EXPO events. Our social campaign click through ran well above benchmarks on Facebook and Instagram and was 90% up on LinkedIn averages.
