Liberis is a fintech company that provides small businesses with accessible and responsive finance. Founded in 2007, they are a leading partner for embedded business finance across the UK, US and Europe.

We created a new brand guide, creative messaging, photography and video to help promote their revenue-based finance offer to a wider market.

The challenge.

With tailor-made funding that flexes with cash flow, Liberis offers small businesses the financing they need to restock, invest or respond to market opportunities.

Our challenge was to help Liberis develop their brand to appeal to new potential customers and make better use of the positive experiences of current clients to communicate their services.

The solution.

We carefully worked through the current brand to see where value could be added and collaborated with the Liberis team to create a new brand guide, covering tone of voice and messaging, that they could pull throughout all their communication assets.

Our “helping hand of Liberis” creative concept showed what was possible following the new messaging guidelines and gave us a foundation for a bespoke set design and photoshoot that provided an engaging image bank with consistent styling. Our customer case study video created a dynamic template for testimonial support that speaks directly to the needs and concerns of future clients.

The results.

Liberis now has a flexible image resource to draw on for visual comms and clear guidelines for the team to deploy, reinforcing the brand identity in every piece of asset copy they produce. Our case study video lets existing customers help Liberis recruit new customers, lending authenticity to their offer and new videos are now being made in the same format.
